The Kennel Technician & Doggy Daycare Attendant is responsible for providing high-quality care, enrichment, and supervision to dogs in both boarding and daycare settings. This dual-role position requires a compassionate, energetic, and safety-focused individual who enjoys working with animals in a fast-paced environment.

• Feed, water, and monitor health and behavior of boarding animals.
• Clean and disinfect kennels and facility areas.
• Assist in administering medications and basic medical care as directed.
• Observe and report signs of illness, injury, or distress to supervisory staff.
• Perform regular checks to ensure animals are comfortable, clean, and secure.
• Provide comfort, enrichment, and human interaction to boarded animals.
• Supervise group play sessions, ensuring safe and appropriate dog interactions.
• Monitor dogs for signs of stress, illness, or aggressive behavior.
• Maintain a clean and safe daycare environment, including waste cleanup.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with dogs in a professional setting (kennel, daycare, vet clinic, or shelter) preferred.
• Strong understanding of dog behavior, body language, and safe handling techniques.
• Comfortable working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks.
