Blue Roc Premier is actively searching for a seasoned and skilled Leasing Consultant to become a valuable addition to our team. We prioritize the growth and development of our staff, offering an outstanding training program aimed at cultivating strong leadership abilities in you.

• Conduct guided tours of apartments for potential residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork and facilitate rental deposits.
• Ensure that showcase apartments are prepared for viewing.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of lease terms, property specifications, and community regulations.
• Utilize effective sales techniques and closing strategies.
• Stay informed about current market trends.
• Familiarize oneself with the community s pricing and amenities.
• Maintain communication with apartment locator services and local businesses to stay competitive.
• Conduct regular assessments of competitor communities.
• Acquire thorough knowledge of rental application requirements, screening procedures, and rental policies.
• Engage in outreach marketing activities on a weekly basis.
• Develop and implement resident retention initiatives to encourage lease renewals.
• Organize and maintain resident and property records.
• Handle resident inquiries and grievances professionally and promptly.
• Assist in the collection of overdue rent payments.
• Knowledgeable in Landlord-Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Laws

• Minimum of two years of experience in the apartment industry in a comparable capacity.
• Proficiency in Real Page/LRO, Entrata, or equivalent systems is essential.
• While a college degree is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service is a prerequisite.
• Valid Driver s License.
• Bilingual is a plus
