• At least 3 years of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a management position at a quick service restaurant (QSR)
• 1 year of experience in interviewing and hiring decisions
• 1 year of scheduling experience
• 2 years of inventory and truck ordering experience
• 5 years of cash handling experience
• 5 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics
• Availability from as early as 4AM to 10PM
• Active Serv Safe Certification preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License

General Managers develop a team of dedicated staff to deliver excellent guest experiences and profitable sales. They oversee the overall operation according to Dunkin’ standards.

• Leadership and role modeling
