Our merchandising and stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves.

Promote member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; provide guidance and support regarding self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues; and promote the company 0s products and services.

Maintain safety and facility conditions by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following company standards; and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area; stocking, arranging and organizing merchandise; setting up and cleaning displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile high-shrink items.

Quality and compliance by ensuring product rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; maintaining prominent displays of promotional and seasonal merchandise; and applying company policies and ethics.

Operational execution by completing work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; meeting deadlines; communicating progress; and seeking opportunities for improvement.

Club pick-up operations by assisting with picking and staging pick-up orders according to policy and procedures.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
