Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those who are looking for a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app.

Reliable attendance is necessary when picking up a shift. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required. If you do not respond to attempts to contact you or do not work at least one shift within 5 months, employment may be terminated. After offer, you will attend Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term training schedule.

The myTime app is used to pick shifts once trained.

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests to solve needs and provide information about tools, products, and services.
• Explain and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs and direct them to fulfillment services.
• Explain and demonstrate Target Wallet and Target App features.
• Handle returns following policies and de-escalate situations as needed.
• Provide accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stock supplies during open hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and training; report hazards.
• Support cash office processes as needed and assist with cash handling.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication and a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to stay focused and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services and to operate technology equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
