• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members.
• Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps and forklift spotting procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area, handling claims, returns, and product displays.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Follow food‑handling, equipment operation, and cold‑chain procedures to keep the area compliant.

• Be at least 18 years old.
