Sales Associate / Key Sales / Seasonal Opportunities - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Melbourne Square Mall - Store 632 - Melbourne, FL

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections; present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits; offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the entire sales team to provide a superior customer experience and help meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as needed.

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Base pay plus commission on sales
