Outside Sales Representative

Overview

Outside Sales Representative position s role involves responding to warm leads, engaging with clients, and selling restoration services to homeowners who have water damage. No prior sales experience is required; the ideal candidate excels at interacting with a variety of individuals and is willing to work hard and do things the right way.

Entrusted is a family-owned restoration company with a history of growing from a small carpet cleaning business in South Florida to multiple locations, with a focus on making an impact for clients and communities.

• Respond to job leads by visiting clients in our service territory
• Build rapport and ask open-ended questions to understand client needs
• Assess damage within the home and propose potential solutions
• Follow up with clients on questions and potential issues
• Communicate internally with team members
• Other duties may be assigned

We provide an uncapped base plus bonus structure with on-target earnings (OTE) up to $125,000 with potential to exceed.
