Sales Representative

We are a fast-paced, customer-focused print shop specializing in high-quality printing services, including business cards, brochures, banners, signage, apparel and custom projects. With a reputation for reliability and quality, we’re looking to grow our team with a dedicated Sales Representative who can help expand our customer base and maintain strong client relationships.

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative with a passion for helping businesses succeed. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and a strong understanding of the printing industry. This role involves both inside and outside sales, working closely with customers to identify their printing needs and offer effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and in-person visits
• Manage existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships
• Prepare quotes and assist clients with print orders, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales; B2B sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of print production and printing processes is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
