What You'll Do

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll help generate new business opportunities by connecting with potential customers and scheduling qualified appointments for the Client's sales team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Make outbound cold calls and send emails to prospective business customers.

• Research and identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.

• Proactively prospect for new leads and build a pipeline of potential business.

• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and introduce relevant products and services.

• Qualify prospects and book sales appointments for the Client's sales team.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the products, services, and brand you represent.

• Meet or exceed established sales activity goals, contact targets, and performance quotas.

• Track prospect interactions and maintain accurate records of outreach and appointments.

What You Bring to the Role

We're looking for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, handling rejection, and staying motivated in a goal-oriented sales environment.

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least one year of experience in sales development or a comparable sales role.

• At least one year of cold-calling experience.

• Experience working toward and achieving sales goals, quotas, or performance targets.

• Strong verbal communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

• Business-to-business (B2B) sales or prospecting experience.

What You Can Expect at Percepta

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

• Starting base pay of $17.00 per hour ($2.00 language premium for Bilingual Spanish, totaling $19.00).

• Uncapped commission potential based on individual and/or team performance.
