You've built a successful real estate business. You understand lead conversion, follow-up, negotiations, and what it takes to close transactions.

But what if your greatest professional accomplishment isn't your next closing? What if it's helping 30 other agents become more successful?

Arium Real Estate is looking for an experienced sales leader who is ready to make coaching and agent development their full-time career.

This is a dedicated leadership position overseeing approximately 30 agents participating in our Zillow Preferred sales program.

You will not personally sell real estate. Your success will be measured by the success of the agents you lead.

• Coach Develop: Conduct individual coaching sessions, lead sales training, and help agents strengthen their conversion and sales skills.
• Drive Performance: Monitor appointments, pipelines, contracts, closings, and lead conversion to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build Accountability: Establish clear expectations, reinforce productive habits, and address performance gaps.
• Maximize Lead Opportunities: Oversee Zillow Preferred lead routing and help agents improve response times, follow-up, and conversion.
• Leverage Technology: Use Follow Up Boss and Sisu to track activity, evaluate performance, and guide coaching conversations.
• Develop Future Leaders: Recognize potential, encourage professional growth, and help agents reach higher levels of production.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with Arium's Director of Sales on team performance, development, and operational priorities.

• Meaningful residential real estate sales experience and a history of personal production.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, or sales leadership experience.
• An understanding of internet leads, conversion strategies, and sales pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to have difficult conversations.
• The ability to turn performance data into practical coaching.
• A genuine interest in developing people and holding them accountable.
• Experience leading a real estate team is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Zillow, Follow Up Boss, and Sisu is a plus.

We're not looking for someone who wants to manage agents while continuing to sell real estate.

We're looking for someone who is ready to step away from personal production and focus entirely on developing others.

You'll need to enjoy coaching different personalities, recognizing opportunities for improvement, celebrating wins, and addressing challenges before they become bigger problems.

This is a leadership position built around people, performance, and results—not personal sales.
