Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Termite Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a position that is paid at an hourly rate.

As a Termite Pest Control Technician, you start each day on your route, recognized as a hero to our customers as you save them from pesky intruders while creating lifelong client relationships. You determine the prescribed treatment as marked on the inspection graph and specification sheet, preparing site areas by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed. You apply wood-destroying organism treatments and techniques including Termite bait station (Sentricon) installation, trenching and applying liquid treatment to exterior or crawl space perimeters, drilling and applying liquid treatment to void spaces in crawl spaces and structures, and spray application of product to affected areas.

Your calm, helpful demeanor puts customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution. You collect service payments, remain patient and answer questions, take pride in your work and maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times. Helping people is your job!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current driver’s license
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.
