We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Python Engineer to guide our talented software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, development, and deployment of sophisticated Python and AI based applications and services that directly impact our clients. You will play a crucial part in mentoring engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring the quality and scalability of our software solutions.

Ability to obtain a public trust is required for this role.

• 3-5 Years experience developing with Python
• Have experience writing readable and quality Python code
• Manage their own schedules while meeting team commitments
• Understand automated testing and make it a part of their daily activities
• Show a capacity to learn new technologies and software design patterns
• Know when to ask for help when they need it
• Have working experience with MVC, sqlalchemy, pandas

• Are driven to learn, adapt and help support their teammates
• Deliver solutions on time and on quality
• Provide continuous feedback to the management team on areas for improvement and personal development
• Have spent time researching AI or ML, or are excited to do so
