This role is responsible for the support of testing and documentation of yearly software build deliveries and integration. The Software Test Engineer will provide support to current and future planned software builds. The Software Test Engineer will work closely with the Software Engineering Team to test new features, improve software documentation, and ensure that the platform works as intended. The Software Test Engineer will have strong communication and team building skills and embrace modern development processes and techniques that improve product quality and team productivity.

• Support testing and documentation of yearly software build deliveries and integration.
• Test new features and ensure platform works as intended.
• Improve software documentation and contribute to product quality and team productivity.
• Collaborate with the Software Engineering Team to support current and future planned software builds.

• Bachelors Degree in a STEM field
• 3+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Write unit tests to verify that code works as intended
• Write performance tests to monitor resource usage
• Write documentation to describe how code works
• Experience in post processing data analysis (MATLAB)
• Experience operating within a Linux-based environment
• Familiar with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and CI/CD
• Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Experience in embedded programming
• Familiarity with Git, Clear Case, SVN, or similar
• Familiarity with Python, Perl, BASH, and KSH languages
• US Citizen
