The LHX Transformation team is seeking a Full-Stack Application Development Sr. Manager to lead the design, development, delivery, and operational support of enterprise applications within the Palantir Foundry platform. This role provides both technical and people leadership for a team of application developers responsible for building user‑facing applications, workflow‑driven tools, and operational solutions that integrate data, business logic, and ontology‑driven systems into intuitive, scalable experiences for enterprise users.

In addition to leading the team, the manager is expected to serve as a hands‑on technical leader by providing architectural guidance, mentoring developers, resolving complex technical challenges, and contributing directly to solution design and development as needed to support delivery priorities.

This position plays a key leadership role in supporting LHX Transformation by driving digital workflow optimization, operational automation, and enterprise‑wide decision support.
