Culligan is seeking individuals experienced in customer-focused positions to act as a route driver. The position requires operating a company-provided route vehicle, delivering product, and maintaining good customer service while acquiring new business for additional services. Must be dependable, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Culligan offers competitive wages plus a commission plan and a generous benefits package.

• Direct interface with customers and perform routine customer service tasks including identifying opportunities for other or additional company products and services.
• Maintain routes and accounts for proper routing sequence, and help with collections and minimum delivery requirements set by the store.
• Deliver/exchange all types of bottled water, salt, chemicals, and filters as required on scheduled routes.
• Collect and document receipt of money from customers and complete all paperwork.
• Operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates and hand trucks.
• Abide by all company policies as contained in the employee handbook.
• Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards and wear all required safety equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the city area you would be working in.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Maintain a good driving record and have a valid driver’s license.

• Job requires lifting and carrying, or otherwise transporting objects weighing 40-200 pounds repeatedly (more than 70% of the time).
• A significant amount of time is spent walking, standing, sitting, and climbing in and out of the vehicle.
• Body movements typically used: bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, reaching above the shoulder, crouching, balancing, pushing, and pulling.
