Join the Melfort Public Health Office to deliver nursing services under the Population Health model. This permanent role requires a commitment to implementing public health programs and targeted interventions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services within the Population Health framework
• Implement targeted health interventions and programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• One year of public health experience
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• BLS-HCP certification
• Knowledge of immunization principles
