Braze Specialist

Braze Specialist (Contract) 3-Month Contract | ASAP Start | Hybrid/Remote
- South West We're looking for a hands-on Braze Specialist to help maximise the value of a recent Braze migration. With improved customer data now flowing into the platform, you'll focus on building, optimising and scaling automated customer journeys, helping the business get the very best from Braze and its CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Build and optimise customer journeys in Braze. Develop and enhance CRM automation programmes. Create audience segments and personalised customer experiences. Analyse campaign performance and implement ongoing improvements. Run A/B tests to improve engagement, retention and conversion. Work closely with CRM, Marketing and Data teams. Share best practice and support internal capability development. Requirements Proven hands-on Braze experience. Strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing and automation.

Experience with customer journey optimisation and segmentation. Data-driven mindset with strong testing and analytical skills. Ability to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
