The setting supports children and young people aged 4-16 with complex social, emotional and mental health needs, alongside medical needs, providing a nurturing environment where every learner is encouraged to re-engage with education and achieve their full potential.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Support pupils with SEMH needs and additional barriers to learning.
• Promote positive outcomes and create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Experience working as a SEND Teacher or supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
• Strong knowledge of strategies to support children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour support skills.
• Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils and staff.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable approach to teaching.
