The school prides itself on delivering a highly personalised, therapeutic approach to learning, enabling every child to reach their full potential.
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils. Working within small class sizes and alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can develop both academically and personally.
The Role
Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and engagement.
Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team.
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to personalised learning plans.
Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes wellbeing, resilience, and achievement.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching within a primary setting.
A passion for supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve their potential.
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
Previous experience within SEND, SEMH, or specialist education is desirable but not essential.

Full-time permanent position.
Small class sizes with excellent staffing ratios.
A welcoming and supportive leadership team.
Ongoing professional development and specialist training.
Opportunities for career progression within a growing specialist education provider.
The chance to make a meaningful and lasting difference to the lives of children and young people.
If you're an enthusiastic teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can have a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you
