Job Title: Deputy Manager

Location: Melksham

Salary: £30,050 per annum + sleep-ins + £5,000 Welcome Bonus 🎉

Working Hour: 160 hours per month

Hourly Rate: £5 per hour

Number of Sleeps

Pay Per Sleep: £65 per shift

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Young People (EBD, ages 7–17)

✨ An experienced and confident Deputy Manager with a background in children’s residential care
.

✨ Someone passionate about supporting young people with EBD to achieve positive outcomes.

✨ A strong role model who can support the Registered Manager and lead shifts effectively.

✨ Confident with safeguarding, compliance, and day-to-day operational responsibilities.
