Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join a GP practice in Melksham. You will run your own clinics, deliver autonomous assessments and safe decision-making within a structured primary care setting, supported by a multidisciplinary team.
You will work flexible sessions up to 4 days per week, with morning and afternoon clinics. Prior experience in primary/urgent care is preferred, along with an Advanced Practitioner qualification and prescribing eligibility.
