We’re now looking for a Resourcer to join our Commercial/Engineering and Technical Divisions in Melksham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone energetic, driven and people-focused who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment within a supportive, values-led business.
The Role
As a Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of what we do. You’ll identify and engage top talent, build strong candidate relationships, and act as the first point of contact for many of the professionals we work with. You’ll also support business growth by spotting opportunities in the market and working closely with your wider team to deliver exceptional service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple platforms
* Advertising roles, screening applications and conducting initial interviews
* Carrying out compliance checks, references and right-to-work documentation
* Building and nurturing candidate pipelines and availability lists
* Supporting the team with market intelligence and lead generation
* Acting as an ambassador for New Resource Recruitment in every interaction

About You
You don’t need previous recruitment experience — we’ll teach you that. What matters most is your attitude and potential.
You’ll likely have:
* A positive, resilient and proactive mindset
* Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
* The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine interest in people, careers and business
* Good IT skills and a willingness to learn
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or sales is highly valued.
