Have you gained previous administration experience within an HR environment? Interested in a 3 - 6 month temporary contract within a friendly HR team?

An opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join a dynamic organisation and provide temporary support to their HR team. You will have the chance to assist with the administration of their various recruitment campaigns and projects.

• Assisting the HR team with the recruitment process
• Supporting with internal and external inquiries
• Maintaining HR records
• Creating letters and contracts from templates
• Assist the HR Team with ad-hoc tasks
• To assist with data collection and mail merge letters

• Ideally minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role in Human Resources
• IT literate with good working knowledge of the Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good time management, planning and organisational skills
• Attention to detail is vital
