White Horse Employment is recruiting an interim leadership role for a Technology Planning & Delivery Manager. The role covers a fast-growing business during a significant change period, working with the Head of and aiming for a 3–4 month assignment.
You will manage 3–4 direct reports, oversee the technology roadmap, governance, and delivery across the portfolio while embedding Dev Ops, documentation, testing, and release planning. On-site 2 days a week is required.
