Marketing Executive - FTC

Were looking for a Marketing Manager to join a thriving eCommerce brand on a 12-month fixed-term contract (full time or part time). This is a hands-on role where youll take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity, manage agency partners, and lead the execution of campaigns and content. Youll work closely with a collaborative team and play a key role in driving growth across multiple channels.

What youll be doing As Marketing Manager, youll deliver against an established marketing plan and keep momentum across a variety of channels. Youll line manage a Marketing Executive and oversee five agencies covering digital, print, web, and EU markets. Your work will span TV, events, email, and content initiatives, giving you real breadth and variety. Expect to coordinate long-form blogs, printed pieces, email campaigns, social content, photoshoots, and national award programmes.

Youll also manage reporting in Excel, using VLOOKUP and pivot tables to track performance. Occasional overnight stays will be required for events and shows. What experience youll need to apply Proven marketing experience delivering campaigns and content. Comfortable managing agencies and suppliers to ensure plans run smoothly. Experience line managing or mentoring at least one direct report. Strong content skills across long-form and short-form formats.

Good email marketing experience, ideally with Hub Spot or similar CRM tools. Ability to coordinate events, shows, and photoshoots. Highly organised and proactive with excellent multitasking skills. Creative mindset with confidence to contribute ideas. Competent in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
