New Resource Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its electronics manufacturing team in the Melksham area. You will drive continuous improvement, support new product introduction, and ensure robust quality standards in a technically advanced production setting.
You will improve quality, safety and delivery performance, coordinating CAPA, NPI/APQP activities and change controls while applying lean manufacturing principles to raise efficiency and reduce risk across manufacturing processes.
