Accounts Manager

• Build strong and lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
• Understand client goals and challenges, proactively offering solutions that add value
• Organise and attend client meetings to understand client needs
• Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of services
• Prepare and review annual accounts, tax returns, and one-off advisory projects
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Provide accounting, tax, planning, and advisory services as a trusted client advisor

• Part or fully qualified in a professional accountancy and or tax qualification
• Solid experience within a similar role within an accountancy practice
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and financial management
• Proficient in accounting and tax software
• Able to build trust, communicate clearly, and take genuine pride in seeing clients succeed
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to share knowledge and support colleagues
