Job Overview
Provide a comprehensive, confidential, efficient, and high‑quality secretarial service to Medical Staff within the Medical Secretarial Team.
Responsibilities- Undertake a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties.
- Transcribe confidential patient information using a voice‑recognition system in conjunction with other hospital systems.
- Appropriate secretarial/administration qualifications or equivalent/training experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and excellent keyboard skills.
Legal right to work in the UK is required. This may be demonstrated through work visa, EU settled status, pre‑settled status, or other routes. Sponsorship may be possible for eligible positions, subject to employer being a licensed sponsor and salary threshold.
