Overview
Tweed Forum is seeking an enthusiastic Peatland Project Support Officer to join our team on a six‑month funded internship through the Nature Scot Peatland ACTION scheme. This role provides hands‑on experience in peatland restoration, working alongside experienced environmental specialists in the Scottish Borders.
Responsibilities- Shadow and support Peatland ACTION Project Officers.
- Assist with fieldwork, GIS applications, and drone imagery collection.
- Willingness to gain an A2 Certificate of Competency (CoC) Drone Certification.
- Commitment to obtain First Aid Certification during the internship.
£28,952 pro‑rata for the six‑month internship.
