Role Overview

As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders across a complex services network, delivering financial management advice and support to help drive strategic decision‑making and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial insight and advice to the multidisciplinary leadership team.
  • Analyse financial data and translate it into actionable recommendations for service managers.
  • Support strategic planning and budgeting to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align financial performance with organisational goals.
  • Participate in financial reviews, audits and capital investment decisions.
  • Champion financial best practices and promote a culture of accountability.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified finance professional (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance within a healthcare or public sector setting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Experience working within multi‑disciplinary teams and cross‑functional partnerships.
  • Proven ability to drive financial improvement and support strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge of NHS financial policies and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Benefits & Working Conditions

Band 8b with annual salary £76,888 to £82,251 (pro‑rata). Full‑time (36 hours), hybrid working model, generous pension scheme, and opportunities for career growth and secondments.
