An exciting opportunity has arisen for a District Nurse/Specialist Nurse Practitioner to join the Community Nursing Team within Berwickshire locality, supporting the delivery of high quality nursing care.
You will have the responsibility for the line management and clinical leadership of a District Nursing Team providing nursing care to a defined patient caseload.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise workload are essential, enabling patients to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.
You will be committed to the development of an effective, flexible, person‑centred nursing team through your ongoing professional development and that of the team.
Community experience is essential, and candidates must possess a specialist qualification in community nursing, home/district nursing, or a district nursing qualification.
You will have a full induction and orientation programme as well as ongoing support to assist in continued professional development.
You will also be required to participate in a weekend rota.
