Overview

Sullivan Tire, an employee‑owned company, currently has an opportunity to be a Sales & Service Writer. The Sales and Service Writer will be a customer‑service focused individual.

• Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base.
• Foster a positive and friendly environment.
• Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong telephone skills.
• Understanding of the tire and auto service industry is a plus.
• Dependable transportation.
• A proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plus.
