Job Details
  • Compensation: $18 / hr (hourly base pay)
  • Work Schedule: Mon–Fri 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Benefits: Accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan. Seasonal or temporary roles are not eligible.
Summary

The Lot Attendant is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports while delivering exceptional hospitality services in a friendly and efficient manner. The attendant must stack vehicles safely, retrieve guest vehicles, and uphold parking policies.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, staff, and co‑workers (15 %).
  • Maintain composure and accuracy under pressure, greeting guests and using proper phone etiquette (15 %).
  • Provide information about surrounding attractions and protect guest confidentiality (10 %).
  • Stack and retrieve vehicles using company standards, securing keys and operating vehicle safely (20 %).
  • Collect and reconcile revenue, produce receipts, categorize tickets, complete shift reports, and operate POS equipment (20 %).
  • Obtain event and rate information, secure guest keys, maintain claim checks, and produce vehicle inventory for billing (20 %).
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Essential Requirements: 18 years of age or older, successful criminal background and drug screen, valid driver’s license with clean record, ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking, literacy and numeracy skills sufficient for simple correspondence and basic math.
  • Experience: 1–3 months related experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Knowledge &

    Skills:

    Customer service experience, register/computer experience, ability to read and write standard English, effective presentation in one‑on‑one and small group settings, basic arithmetic, understanding of 24‑hour and military time.
Physical Requirements

Work is primarily outdoors, requiring frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 100 lb occasionally, handling equipment, and working in extreme heat or cold conditions.
