Physical Therapist – Part‑time / Per Diem
Bright Star Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in‑home care. As a PT on our team, you’ll help clients restore strength, independence, and dignity in the comfort of their homes.

- Active MA PT license
- DPT or MPT from an accredited program
- CPR certification
- 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
