Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT, following all facility, state, and federal guidelines.
Responsibilities- Implement therapy interventions according to the PT’s plan of care
- Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and home care routines
- Communicate patient status and needs to the supervising PT
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Active Massachusetts PTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
