Pay Range: $40,000 – $70,000 per year (Commensurate with experience)

Our busy, established Melrose general practice law firm is seeking a skilled Real Estate Paralegal with at least 5+ years of experience in residential real estate. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who excels at managing the lifecycle of a real estate transaction—from P&S through Post-Closing. We are looking for a team player who is dependable, responsive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage the lifecycle of real estate transactions from purchase and sale through post‑closing.
• Coordinate documentation, title work, and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions.

• 5+ years of experience in residential real estate paralegal work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 yearly
