Location Melton Mowbray, England Sector Automotive Salary £50,000.00 to £56,000.00 per annum

Our client, a reputable multi-franchise dealership located in Melton Mowbray, is seeking an experienced Diagnostic / Master Technician to join their modern, manufacturer-backed workshop. Basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
OTE exceeding £56,000 annually through achievable bonus schemes

Duties:

Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical faults efficiently and accurately
Conduct servicing, maintenance, and advanced repairs to manufacturer specifications
Perform electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs)
Complete all workshop documentation meticulously
Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed
Ensure all work is carried out in a safe, clean, and organised environment
Continuously update technical knowledge through manufacturer training, including EV systems
Support the workshop with overall efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician, Master Technician, or Senior Vehicle Technician
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
EV qualification advantageous but not essential (training provided)
Minimum of two years' workshop experience
Full UK driving licence
Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
