Think Construction are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading 5-star house builder on a permanent basis in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a well-established Midlands house builder delivering high-quality traditional new build homes.

Residential developer with a strong reputation across the Midlands for delivering quality new build housing developments. They offer excellent career progression, a supportive culture and long-term project pipeline.

As the Site Manager, you will be the number one on site delivering a development of up to 66 traditional build homes, mainly consisting of 3-5 bedroom properties.

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing the site from groundworks through to completion
• Managing labour, subcontractors, plant and materials
• Driving programme and production
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
• Managing quality and NHBC standards
• Leading subcontractor meetings
• Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders
• Delivering the project on time and within programme

To be considered for this Site Manager position, you must have:

• Experience working as a Site Manager for a house builder or residential developer
• Proven experience delivering traditional build housing developments
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Up to 68,000 salary DOE
