Advisor, HR​/Recruitment, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Position: People Advisor
We're looking for a People Advisor to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract at Kettleby Foods. Supporting operational leaders across our Meals business, you'll play a key role in delivering proactive, people-focused HR support that drives engagement, performance and business success. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you'll help create a positive, high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee relations case management, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters. Coaching and supporting managers on people management best practice. Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation. Supporting organisational change, consultation activity and colleague forums. Using people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, talent development and colleague engagement initiatives. At Samworth Brothers, we value team players who are driven to achieve great results together. You'll bring the following skills and experience: CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently working towards it). Experience providing advice and guidance to managers on people matters. Experience managing employee relations cases. Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills.

Experience working with HR systems and people data.
