Weare looking for a
Global Petcare Reporting & Governance Manager
to shape accounting decisions across Petcare, with a focus on digital. This role sits at the centre of complex judgment calls, senior stakeholder engagement, and governance—ideal for someone who thrives on influence,problemsolvingandimpact.

Youwill be a trusted US GAAP expert, partnering with Corporate, Segment, Divisional, and Digital leaders to ensure strong controls, high-quality accounting, and confident decision-making.

• Lead technical accounting and translate topicinto clear, compelling messages for senior finance leadership.

• Own the Segment Accounting Review Process, ensuring all consults are clear, complete, and US GAAP-compliant.
• Lead Corporate, Segment, and Divisional reviews and guide escalation to Corporate Technical Accounting.
• Own the Goodwill andLong-Lived Asset Impairment Review Processes, including quarterly and annual reviews.
• Represent Petcare in accounting policy and Finance Manual updates.
• Deliver practical solutions, strong follow-through, and clear recommendations.
• Act as Controller for the Digital organisation, partnering closely with the Chief Digital Officer.

• US Gov–certified accounting qualificationor equivalent experience.
• Deep US GAAP technical accountingexpertise.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Collaborative, confident communicator with excellent organisation and follow-through.
