Job Overview

Samworth Brothers is seeking a Line Manager to lead and develop a motivated and engaged team within our production line. The role involves coaching, performance management, health & safety championing, and supporting the Line Manager.

• Lead the people in the department or line to become a motivated and engaged team through job rotation, performance and probation reviews, staff training, coaching, delegation, and regular communication of team performance.
• Proactively take on personal responsibility and accountability to support the Line Manager and cover for the Line Manager when unavailable.
• Champion health & safety and live and breathe Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values.
