A leading pet food manufacturer in the UK is seeking an experienced Operational Shift Manager for its Leeds facility. The ideal candidate will lead production teams, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. Responsibilities also include performance monitoring and reporting, while promoting a positive work environment. Candidates with prior manufacturing experience, particularly in food production, are preferred.

This full-time position involves working a rotating shift schedule.
