So what’s the job all about?

Ensure that any documentation/paperwork completed is legible, clear, and accurate

Daily use of machinery,booking of all transformed ingredients following system process and standard operating procedures to accurately label and provide full item/batch traceability

Collecting ingredients from storage areas – Chills, Ambient and freezer Up, up and away!
