Retail Shift Manager Full Time – Lidl GB

Job Summary – As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll keep our store running like clockwork, motivating your team and taking responsibility for the shop floor in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate (£14.95 – £15.15 per hour), plus £2.00 per hour for bank holiday work and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, along with 30‑35 days holiday (pro‑rata), a 10% in‑store discount, enhanced family leave and a generous benefits package.
