THOAR Mining is currently recruiting for Contract Coordinator / Parts Personnel to support mine operations at the K3 Mine in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. We are seeking organized, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment and are committed to supporting maintenance and production teams through effective inventory control, parts management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage parts requests and inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within SAP and other company systems.
• Support maintenance crews with parts tracking, work order administration, and document control.
• Coordinate inventory counts and assist with warehouse operations.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ensure accurate filing and document management practices.
• Collaborate with maintenance, warehouse, and operations personnel to support daily activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP, including navigation and transaction processing.
• Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in document management and record keeping.
• Maintenance experience within the mining or industrial sector is considered an asset.
• Warehousing and inventory management experience is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
