We’re looking for two motivated team players who are member service focused to come on board as either a permanent full‑time or permanent part‑time Member Services Representative II (MSR II) at our Melville Branch. As the first point of contact for members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members’ immediate needs.
As a permanent full‑time team member you will be scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday. As a permanent part‑time team member you will be scheduled to work 5 days on 5 days off on a Wednesday – Tuesday job share schedule.
The bigger picture How You’ll Be Spending Your Time- Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to improve their financial well‑being and build rapport.
- Providing a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non‑cash financial services, solutions and alternatives such as opening memberships and deposit accounts, including terms, RRSPs, and TFSA’s.
- Promoting and offering credit union products and services and, when appropriate, referring members to Financial Service Advisors to further develop relationships.
- Following internal policies, procedures and processes; all the while maintaining confidentiality.
- Identifying suspicious transactions or interactions and responding appropriately.

- Grade 12 education is the minimum requirement for this position.
- Experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
$23.59 – $29.49 hourly
