We’re partnering with a PE-backed SaaS company that recently spun out of a larger enterprise and is now building out its corporate accounting function from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven accounting leader who thrives in dynamic environments where structure, process, and impact come together.

• Lead the global month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting process under US GAAP
• Oversee audit preparation, technical accounting, and financial statement accuracy
• Draft accounting memos and policies; monitor new standards and ensure compliance
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to enhance reporting and efficiency
• Mentor and develop a growing team while helping establish the organization’s accounting foundation

• CPA required with 7–12+ years of combined public accounting and corporate experience
• Strong background in consolidations, audit coordination, and technical accounting
• Hands‑on leader experienced in building scalable accounting processes
• PE-backed or high-growth SaaS experience is a plus
