Our client, a successful private equity‑owned technology and hospitality company based in Melville, NY, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. $90,000.00/yr – $98,000.00/yr

• Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing process.
• Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP.
• Analyze monthly fluctuations in the balance sheet and P&L.
• Conduct variance analysis and compare budgets to actuals.
• Research and resolve reconciling items, escalating exceptions to management.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Assist with the annual audit and budget process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting and/or public audit.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP. Experience with Oracle Net Suite is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
