Accountant Tax/ Tax Preparer/ Reviewer -

Jericho, Long Island based accounting firm looking for permanent part time or full time year-round position for very experienced tax accountant to prepare and review tax returns.

Tax returns including: numerous individual high net worth with multiple states, K-1's, self-employed individuals, real estate and foreign issues.

NOTE:

The firm has an international niche, so knowledge of US-international tax issues would be a plus (examples: foreign tax credits, non-resident returns, income sourcing, FBARS, FATCA, etc.).

Knowledge of entity and other returns including: C Corps, S Corps, LLC's, Fiduciary, Estates and Trusts, etc. is desirable. Candidate should possess excellent research skills, communication skills and computer abilities.

Salary competitive and commensurate with experience.

IMPORTANT: Please do not respond to this ad if you are just out of school or do not have solid tax experience. We are an office that prepares many tax returns and are looking for candidates that will bring tax experience to the firm. It is also important to note that we will also only hire candidates that are team players.
